1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, phone number, email, password or authentication tokens, profile photo.
• Order & delivery data — delivery address, order history, special instructions, ratings and reviews.
• Payment data — payment method details processed by our payment partner (e.g. PayHere). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Location data — approximate or precise location when you enable it (e.g. to show nearby restaurants or for live delivery tracking).
• Device & usage data — device type, OS, app version, IP address, logs, crash reports, and analytics.
• Partner data — for restaurants and riders: business details, KYC/verification documents, vehicle info, payout and settlement details (amounts Flazo owes restaurants, COD remittance due from riders, wallet balances) as required to operate the platform.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services
• Process orders, deliveries, refunds, and support requests
• Process payments, partner settlements, and prevent fraud
• Send transactional messages (order status, OTPs, receipts)
• Send service updates or marketing where permitted
• Comply with law and enforce our terms

Settlement records help restaurants see pending payouts from Flazo and help riders see COD amounts they must remit after keeping their delivery fee.

4. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

• Restaurants and riders to fulfil your order
• Payment processors (including PayHere) to complete transactions
• Cloud, analytics, messaging, and map service providers
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

We do not sell your personal information.

Our website may use cookies or local storage for essential functions, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Account deletion requests are handled as described in the app or by contacting us.
