Return & Refund Policy
Flazo deals in perishable prepared food. Physical returns are generally not possible; eligible issues are handled as refunds or credits.
1. When you may request a refund
- Order cancelled before restaurant acceptance
- Paid but not delivered
- Wrong or substantially incomplete order
- Food safety / quality issues with clear evidence
- Incorrect charges due to technical error
2. How to request
Use in-app help on the order, or email support@flazoapp.com with order ID within 24 hours of delivery / expected delivery.
3. Payments
Online payments are processed by PayHere. Approved refunds return to the original method or as app credit where available; bank timelines may take several business days.
