Flazo connects customers with restaurants and delivery riders. TapHint Innovations provides the technology platform. Food is prepared by restaurants; delivery is performed by riders.

2. Orders & payments

Prices and fees are shown in the app. Payments may be processed via PayHere. Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Accounts

Keep credentials secure and provide accurate delivery details. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Privacy

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
